Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Y&S mobile and web services (“Service”) operated by Young & Success (“Y&S,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at youngandsuccess.com. By registering or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Purpose

These Terms define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Y&S and users regarding use of the Service.

2. Definitions

• User: anyone who accesses or uses the Service, whether or not registered
• Member: a user who has created an account
• Content: posts, comments, shorts, chat messages, growth logs, and other information you submit through the Service

3. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms as permitted by applicable law. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notice or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance, except where separate consent is required by law.

4. Eligibility

• Users in Korea must be at least 14 years old.
• Users in other countries must meet the minimum age required in their jurisdiction (typically at least 13).
• You must provide accurate registration information (including email and name) and keep your account credentials secure.

5. The Service

Y&S is a social platform for sharing personal growth, goals, and community interaction (feed, groups, shorts, chat, notifications, and related features). We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service for operational or technical reasons.

6. Push Notifications

With your consent, we may send push notifications for replies, @mentions, chat messages, and other service-related events. You may disable notifications in device or app settings; some real-time features may be limited if you opt out. See our Privacy Policy for how notification data is handled.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post illegal, harassing, hateful, violent, or sexually explicit content
• Impersonate others, spam, disrupt the Service, or scrape data without permission
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of Y&S or third parties

8. Content Rights

You retain ownership of Content you create. You grant Y&S a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, back up, and promote your Content as needed to operate and improve the Service.

9. Account Deletion & Suspension

You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account in the app. Deletion removes your account, profile, posts, notifications, and uploaded media and cannot be undone. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice when practicable or immediately in urgent cases.

10. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, Y&S is not liable for damages caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including natural disasters, network failures, or user misconduct). The Service is provided “as is.”

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Korea at our principal place of business, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
